International

With big names like Nintendo in Japan, EA in the US and Rare in the UK (not to mention more recently CD Projekt in Poland), gaming is and always has been an international enterprise. Even if we didn’t know it as kids, people the world over were sitting down, playing the same games and sharing the same experiences.

We here at Replay Value are based in Canada. When we launched our game trading platform earlier this year, we were focused only on North America and, as a result, only supported buyers and sellers within the USA and Canada. This limitation however, excluded a lot of members of the global gaming community from the platform, which in turn limits the diversity of games and consoles that our users can share and collect.

This is why I am proud to announce that we at Replay Value have greatly expanded our support for countries and currencies, allowing us to grow our community of buyers and sellers across the world. Over the past few weeks, we have added support for 86 new countries and the 26 currencies that they use. We are really excited to open Replay Value up to so many new people, and can’t wait to see new faces in our community.

In addition to the new supported countries, when browsing Replay Value, we now automatically convert prices from the currency of the listing store to the local currency of the user. We hope this makes your experience easier and more enjoyable when looking for that specific game or console. Note however, that this is only for convenience, and charges will always be made to your payment method in the currency of the listing store.

Thanks for taking the time to read this product update. If you are interested in using Replay Value but your country is not currently supported, please leave a comment and we will get it added as soon as we can.

Happy trading!
